Selections for Weekly meal prep The keto and low carb alternatives are as follows but not limited to for similar items: Rice will be substituted with Cauliflower rice or another suitable alternative such as Mushroom rice depending on needs Noodles will be replaced with a Squash noodle. Bread will be replaced with a suitable alternative such as almond flour brioche or a lettuce wrap. Vegetables listed will change if the ones listed are high in sugar. They will be prepared as roasted or Glazed.
