Our weekly meal plans are designed to make life simpler while helping you reach or maintain your health and weight goals—without sacrificing flavor. Each week, we offer choices from the menu below. You set the pickup and delivery time, but we are currently not available Saturday and sunday for delivery. Once you make your purchase you will be able to make your selections. Chef's Tasting Menu
Selections for Weekly meal prep The keto and low carb alternatives are as follows but not limited to for similar items: Rice will be substituted with Cauliflower rice or another suitable alternative such as Mushroom rice depending on needs Noodles will be replaced with a Squash noodle. Bread will be replaced with a suitable alternative such as almond flour brioche or a lettuce wrap. Vegetables listed will change if the ones listed are high in sugar. They will be prepared as roasted or Glazed.
