Feather and Flame LLC – Weekly Food Subscription Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to the Feather and Flame LLC Weekly Food Subscription (“Subscription”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Customer Responsibilities
a. Allergen and Dietary Disclosure
Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information regarding all known allergies and dietary restrictions, as well as the desired subscription start date at the time of enrollment. This information must be kept up to date by the customer.b. Accuracy of Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and deliverable shipping information. In the event incorrect address information is provided, Feather and Flame LLC will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer. If contact cannot be made during business hours, we reserve the right to charge the provided payment method until correct information is received and the order is reconciled.2. Feather and Flame LLC Responsibilities
a. Recipe Compliance and Safety
Feather and Flame LLC will make every reasonable effort to adhere to allergen and dietary preferences as disclosed by the customer. However, due to the shared-use nature of facilities and ingredient sourcing, we do not guarantee the complete absence of allergens.b. Right to Decline Production
If we determine that we cannot safely meet a customer’s dietary needs or preferences, we reserve the right to decline fulfillment of the order. In such cases, we will notify the customer and offer a refund or alternative solution where applicable.3. Refunds and Remake Policy
Refunds, credits, or remakes are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers requesting such consideration agree to comply with Feather and Flame LLC's reasonable documentation requests, which may include but are not limited to:Photographs of the received item
Tracking or delivery confirmation
Address verification
Failure to provide requested information may delay or invalidate the refund/remake process.

5. Limitation of Liability
Feather and Flame LLC is not liable for any adverse health effects resulting from customer-provided misinformation, unreported allergies, or unauthorized sharing of meals. By participating in this subscription, the customer acknowledges the assumed risk associated with consuming prepared foods and releases Feather and Flame LLC from liability arising from known or unknown allergens.6. Amendments
Feather and Flame LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
